NEW CONFERENCE CENTER
We are pleased to announce the opening of the Hancock Whitney Center Conference Center on the Plaza level (2nd floor) of the building.  The conference center contains just over 2,000-square feet of space and the room is equipped with full audio and video capabilities.  The conference center can accommodate meetings of up to (36) persons and includes a podium for speakers with audio and video control devices for ease of presentations.

The projection system is built-in and conference center users can simply use a laptop computer for access to the large projection screen.  A serving area for refreshments and storage is also inside the facility and tables and chairs are included and can be arranged to accommodate meetings.
