Attention:    Hancock Whitney Center Tenants

Topic:     Advisory (#6) – Hurricane Ida – Building Status

Effective Monday, September 13th, 2021, Hancock Whitney Center will resume normal business operating hours, which will be (24)-hour, (7)-days per week.  All tenants and visitors will have 24/7 access and all building entrances will be open to the public.

Work crews will continue to perform construction and from time-to-time, you may observe common areas that are restricted due to work in process.  The Annex doors on the Plaza level are locked due to damage sustained.  We are also performing work on the Concourse area in various locations.

As referenced in previous advisories, we have limited janitorial personnel available.  Therefore, despite returning to normal business hours of operation, we cannot provide full janitorial services at this time.  We ask that you continue to place trash bags to be disposed of in freight elevator lobbies and we will pick them up nightly.  We also plan to increase restroom services to three times per week for the immediate future.  Office cleaning will not be possible at this time.

Please contact the management office at 504.323.7000 should you observe any abnormalities due to the storm in your office areas.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this process.

Mike
